Hidden things to do in the park

I am looking for hidden things to do in any of the parks. I know about the alleys off of Main Street has sounds to hear and the old fashion "gossip" phone in a store on Main Street, but do not remember what store. I also know of the talking water fountain at Epcot. Any other things I should look for that most people miss? I know that there is Cinderella's Wishing Well, but I don't know where it is at the Magic Kingdom.

The wishing well is to the right of the castle. Tom Sawyers island also has several hidden spots.

The gossip phone is in the store on the right as you pass Town Square Theater. It's in the back where they embroider the names on Mickey ears hats. But I can't remember the name of the store right now. The last time I tried the talking fountain it did not work. I was disappointed because I was showing it to someone. There is the rope you pull outside of Indianan Jones, and I like to read the boxes at Muppets 3D.

I love reading the posters in the "Tough to Be a Bug" lobby - and of course the carvings on the tree itself.
