Hidden Must Do's

I'm planning a trip to Disneyland for the 50th and I have a list of must do's.
Indiana Jone, PotC, HM, BTM, ST, SM, Splash Mnt, Buzz, Snow White Show, ToT, Soaring, Aladdin Stage Show.
My question is what "Hidden" must do's should I not miss? I've been told I must do the Snow White Well, but that's it. What hidden treasures are there at Disneyland?

I'd check out some of the other rides not in WDW such as Pinnochio's Daring Journey, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, Alice in Wonderland, Roger Rabbit's Cartoon Spin. These are all dark rides and were pretty cool. Be sure to check out the Matterhorn and IASW as well. Autopia is ok, more theming then Tomorrowland Speedway, but same basic concept. Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln is a show on Main Street, it is ok but I wasn't impressed with it. I missed seeing Fantasmic since it was down for rehab, but it is different in DL as it is performed on the Rivers of America. Enchanted Tiki Room is the original show, definately much better then the current WDW under new management version.

Touch the brass apple on the pedestal outside Snow White ride.
Indy Queue-There's a straight section with many verticle bamboo poles. One of these, on the left, is clearly different-yank it.
Tarzan's Treehouse-there's a room with the leopard, use your hand to break the plane (plane, not pane) of the window you look through.
Drink from the water fountain by the gas station in Toontown.
For a quiet, isolated spot to sit back, find the courtyard within the Disney Gallery.
A locals' favorite for counter service is Whitewater Snacks in the Grand Cal hotel.
I have never heard of a confirmed instance of anyone being denied use of a fastpass after the window ends. I have personally used one nearly 12 hours after the window ended. Roger Rabbit, Star Tours and Grizzly River Run's distribution machines are not connected to the fastpass network. You can get a FP for any/all of them when you have one already for something else.
Alladin should be seen from the front of the second level.
Storybookland and Big Thunder are better at night.
Getting a PS for the earliest seating and arriving early is the best way to get a waterside table at the Blue Bayou.
Breakfast at the Riverbelle Terrace is without question the best meal I've ever eaten in any theme park.
The best food value is Chowder in a breadbowl from the window under the Disney Gallery.
If the Electrical Parade starts when the park closes, see it from Paradise Pier, which it will reach after 15-20 minutes. It will be easy to secure a spot at the last minute, and a stress free walk out, especially if you go through the Griz Peak area.
Cheers.

Note that Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln will be closed for the duration of the Happiest Homecoming on Earth, to be replaced with a 50th exhibit.

i would also suggest riding CA Screaming, TOT, Splash and Matterhorn at night. ya gotta love the unexpected. just remember that peter pan is a long wait no matter what time of day it is. if u do ride peter pan look up at the window above the snow white ride sign and u should see something.

I also think the Matterhorn is better at night.
Toontown has lots of gags with talking mailboxes and exploding boxes, etc.

Have a fun trip!
