Hello--D. F. Duck here, already suffering withdrawal from my last trip to the World a few weeks ago.
I hadn't been to WDW much except for a few times when I was much younger, the first time back around Christmas of 1984, then not again until the early 90's. I've somewhat amended my ways and have been almost every year since 2005, at least for a day, while vacationing in Florida.
On my latest trip, I joined my friends who called me the day they were leaving... imploring me to meet them there. Needless to say, I don't need much incentive and I was on a plane the next morning! They surprised me with a paid annual pass that very first night at DHS, so now I'm trying to coerce other friends and relatives into taking a vacation...
I'm definitely headed back for, at-least, a Christmas long-weekend this year, even if I have to go by myself. I haven't been there at Christmastime since I was nine. I'm also one of those wackos that decorates his house with thousands of synchronized lights to music, so I'm dying to see DHS all done-up too! :xmas:
