HHN 2013 Question

I've been trying to find this answer for a little bit the Universal site was down at the time so maybe you guys can help. I've never been to Universal before. I planned a vacation for my boyfriend and I in mid September we are staying at the POFQ. It caught my boyfriend's eye that the last night of our stay begins HHN. Do I have to purchase a daytime ticket to Universal on top of a HHN one? I figured we'd TRY to relax a little before we go back out at night for the event. I saw in previous years they offered a Scream Early package but I don't see it offered this year. Also when you call for shuttle transportation from the resorts where is the pick up zone? Thanks so much!

You don't need a day ticket to go to HHN. However, if you don't have one (or a Scream Early ticket, surprised those aren't back this year), plan on taking up 45 minutes to get thru security and into the park.
