I was dropping my parents off at the airport the other day and saw at least 4 kids with these bags made by Heys. I fell in love with the bags, but I'm not sure if they're worth the price. I really like the Pooh Up Up and Away pattern for my younger one and one of the princess ones for my older daughter.

Have any of you gotten these for your kids? And were they worth the $60-70 (or more) that they seem to go for?

My kids have them, they are great! They go for $150 some places, I paid $30 each second hand. They hold a surprising amount. I can but a weeks worth of clothes in them ( my kids are 2 & 4) plus a few extras

Awesome! I am probably not going to buy until closer to trip time (unless I find some reasonable 2nd hand ones), but it sounds like they're worth it. I found some on ebay for $60, so that wouldn't be too bad. Thanks!

Now a new dilemma...the two I was looking for are the minnie butterfly and the Pooh Up Up and Away...QVC has the princess one, Toy Story, and Fairies. It's about $10 more per bag to buy via ebay. I guess on the flipside...if I get the qvc bags...I can put the girls in their princess and Buzz bed shirts the night before as sort of a hint about what will be awaiting them in the morning. Decisions...Decisions!!!

So I ordered the fairy one from QVC, and my daughter has played with it for 2 days. I had to buy her new summer clothes so we got home from the store and she put them all in her suitcase. Then she told me she was all ready for disney. I had to explain to her that she needs to wear those new clothes for a few months till we are going to disney. Very happy with the carry on and I know it will get a lot of use.

That's so sweet :) And glad you're happy with the purchase. I bought the princess one on there for DD6, but I'm going to have to spend a bit more on the one for DD4. It's complicated...

I told the kids I might try and get them to WDW around Halloween, but due to budget and other things going on...they may not find out about the trip until we're ready to head out the door. I'm going to have to come up with some kind of lie when the bags arrive. They're used to me asking random Disney questions...just because ;) I was hoping DD4 would be good with the Toy Story one since she loves Buzz, but Pooh is her favorite and when given the choice of Toy Story vs. Pooh...she picked Pooh. I guess at least DD6 chose princess over over Minnie- so I saved a few $ there. Thank you so much for letting me know since it saved me about $9 (every little bit helps).

So...over the summer- at some point- I'll get this one for DD4
