WDI already has used this technology...check out the TOT grand opening at Disney Studios Paris. Not to mention DL's Small World Holiday also used projections on the attraction building facade.

Space Mountain at DL used tech like this last year while it was under the Ghost Galaxy overlay. Very cool stuff.

I think some things like this haven't been used to their full effect... 3d Projection Mapping has been around for ages and has been coming on in leaps and bounds. I could see this as being one of the devices used on TOT this summer.

I think we should keep in mind that the footage in the link is a simulation of what could be possible, not actual technology as it currently stands.

Furthermore, with so much of that being forced perspective, I wonder what it would look like from all angles. I think the tech has a lot of possibilities, I just don't know that we are as far along as that would make us believe.
