Has anyone eat at Amare in Swan Reserve? Looking at the menu and the appetizers and flatbreads sound good.
Thinking of just walking over to check out hotel since it's new and thought maybe we'd eat there.

I have eaten here twice. It's pretty good. The last time I ate here was about 3 weeks ago and I had the Romesco chicken. The chicken was very flavorful and succulent. The pappardelle that accompanies it is made in house. I have had the chicken souvlaki, too and that was good as well. The flatbreads are more like thick crust pizzas, imo. I had the Amare flatbread at the pool bar, but I'm guessing it all comes out of the same kitchen. I think they are kind of big for two people to share as an app, but that's just me. The last time I went they had a dip sampler with naan that was delicious. I wanted to get the octopus, but my husband put the kibosh on that. I'd heard it's really good and not chewy at all.

The palomitas are 💯.

Haven't dined in Amare proper but have had the leek & potato flatbread at Stir (the lobby bar) and it is AMAZING. We look for an opportunity to stop in and have it when visiting (as noted above, it is a generous portion & we usually have some for leftovers). In full disclosure, potatoes are my love language :D. The bar was nice too - not overly crowded, lots of comfortable seating areas. Some fun, creative cocktails as well.
