Hess convenience store near DTD

I'm planning on going there my next trip as I will not have a car, and I'm travelling solo. I want to get bread, milk, and snacks. Does anyone know if they also have sandwich meat and cheese? Do they carry any produce? (I don't like paying 99cents for an apple or an orange. I usually get those at the store at Boardwalk, since they are more reasonably priced. But they are heavy to carry around.) Thanks for the info!

They have a pretty limited inventory. I don't ever remember seeing lunch meat or produce there. The closest grocery store is Goodings at the Crossroads shopping center at the end of Hotel Plaza blvd. (maybe 1/2 mile from the Hess station)

yeah i believe its only chips and snacks and stuff. they may have some of those premade sandwiches but i dont really know the quality of them.

The do not specifically carry lunch meat, sort of. There's a blimpie sub shop and godfather's pizza (though due to branding and licensing restrictions on property, they are not labeled as such). So they carry lunch meat, but it comes on bread with all your favorite fixins :)

Without a car you wont be able to go anywhere unless you get a cab.
You are very close to alot of stuff at lake beauna vista but not close enough to walk.

If you are staying at Boardwalk, you can walk to the Hess store that is located near the entrance to the Boardwalk. I got our water and pop there, but that was about it. I remember just typical gas station fare. The drinks weren't a bad price, though. Better than then parks.

Super Wal Mart

When leaving the parking lot at DTD make a left turn in front of Central Casting, follow the road to Vine Land Road and make a right. You will pass under I-4, keeping going about 2 miles (if that) and there's a super Wal-Mart on the right. Very easy to find. Good prices.
3250 Vine Land Road.
