SRO is entertainment biz for going to a theater and there are no more seats left, and so, it's "Standing Room Only" (in the back of the theater).

That happens when the show is very popular.

So, if Hercules' tasks are "SRO" it means he's very popular and large crowds are taking interest and wanna see.
