If you have an .mp3 that you would like to convert into a 22,050hz PCM Stero .WAV file, go to http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm and download this. When you launch it, it will ask you for the file. Double click it, then select between .mp3 or .wav. Choose .wav, then go to advance, then choose 22,050hz PCM Stero sound.

Have fun with your custom music!

VERY cool!

Thanks Testrack321!

That is a great little tool to get those real seventies rock tunes flowing on the Flat rides! (not that there are many of them anyways:rolleyes: )

Also....we can now make that perfect rendition of RnR with Aerosmith....just take the on ride file and convert it...et, voila!

Same for other disney park rides, for those whom are trying to build Disney parks with RTC...this is a dream tool!

Thanks again:D

Yep! All my carousels are Disney carousels now. So has anyone tried replacing the CSS.dat files with custom music in RCT2? I think doing that required the "Drexler" patch in RCT1.
By the way, I have quite a few mp3's I'd be willing to share.

I need some help. I've converted the mp3 to a wav file but where do I put it???

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

name it either custom1.wav or custom2.wav, then put it into the Data folder in the RCT2 program folder. Remember, 22050 encription.

I'm sorry but I have no clue what you are talking about. I converted the mp3 to a wav file and then copyied it from my music folder and paisted it at the bottom of the data page in the RCT2 folder. It's not working from what I can tell; but then again, where do you find the custom music once you put it into the folder? Is it on the drop down box where you select your music for your coaster like the rest?
