Help!

Hey, I'm new here, and am SO confused.

I've been to WDW 30 times, but have always just gone with the flow. This time I am going on 11/21 to 11/26, so I feel like the crowds will be heavier. I would like to attempt making a schedule for each, like TouringPlans does, since I will be taking several people who have never been. I've made all of my dining and fast pass+ reservations, but now I need help mapping out each day.

there's lots of good strategies for packed pays , doesn't the app give you up to date wait times for the rides now? if so that will help , also use fasspass, and during parade times when most people are watching the parade hit the rides that are the most popular

Yes, the app gives you wait times for the rides, but it won't give you the time it will take to get to it. When it will take an hour just to go a half mile, it is a waste.
