My sister has tried joining this forum (both the free and paid). It asked if she had forgotten her password and she she answered yes (I think she has tried joining before) and they sent her a new one but she keeps getting an e-mail already in use/login invalid error even with the new password she's been given. Can anyone let me know what she can do to fix this or if it can't what she should do. She's a HUGE Disney fan and I think she would really enjoy this forum. Thanks is advance for any help with this matter.
