Soon. Probably by the end of the month or early August. You can always book now and rebook with a discount later if there is a specific resort you want.

I know they have sent out pin codes to random people for discounts for that time, but I do not think that they have released anything to the general public yet... I did read somewhere that Disney was thinking of extending the 3 for 4 deal during that time... Be on the look out, if there is a discount coming, it will be offered with in the next month or so.

I would expect a promotion for travel dates in October-December to be released mid-August, if historical trends hold true.

IMHO, IF they redo the Buy4 Get3 Free, they will run it for travel dates similar to last year - January-May - and start the promotion in late October or early November.
