Basically, it is the way you get to and from the resort and hotel.

After you get off the plane, you bypass the baggage claim (if you put their luggage tags on your luggage, otherwise you pick up your bags and continue on). You go downstairs to the DME counter, talk with them for a minute, check in, and they direct you to a bus. You get on the bus, and it takes you to your resort along with the people on the rest of the bus (only disney resorts, obviously).

They drop you off, you check in, get your room, and head off for the parks! If you leave the baggage for DME to pick up, they deliver it to your room around 3 hours later for you, all free of charge.

When your departure nears, they leave a note for you with the scheduled time of your bus leaving on your last day, usually about 3 hours before takeoff. You can check in your baggage at the resort if you fly on a participating airline, or they come with you on the bus and you check them yourself.

They take you to the airport, and from there it's up to you to get on your plane.

It says "in most cases the bags will beat you to your room". Is this what people have found to be true??? I'm a little leary of the whole thing only for the fact that I like to unpack as soon as I get to WDW. I can't relax and do anything until I'm unpacked...(i know, i'm weird.)
