just like the other user said its all according to what u want to do-
its fair to say that 90% of collage majors be used for careers at disney even ones that people dont think about like different kinds of science like marine biology and botany.i think with the exception of getting a degree in ancient babyalonian art u can use just about any major-if ur going for general management like operations,hotel,marketing,etc u should stick to business majors like a degree in business,management,marketing,public relations,communications,hospitality management,accounting and if possible getting a masters in that field is a great asset too-getting an mba is a great way into the disney company and not just at wdw-but in consumer products and corporate administration too

Hospitality Management relates to many WDW roles, but when you think about it, the company casts everything from Artists to Zoologists.

This all depends on what you want to do at Disney. You need different backgrounds for different things. Also you might want to think about the Walt Disney World College Program, there is more information in this section of the board if you search.
