Help!! WL Questions!!

Ok, here goes we are staying for 7 days and I want a fridge in the room, do I have to ask for that before we go or can you get it when you check in??

Was going to fax and ask for the best possible view and 2 rooms close to each other, taking my mom for her birthday. Do I need to include fridge then??

Also was going to see if we could upgrade to conceige floor, do you get better rates to upgrade at the time you check in or if I call before we get there??

Also pray for us we leave friday morning with the hurricane coming I'm getting worried!!!

Probably best to call them, include it in your fax AND tell them at check-in about the fridge! Better safe than sorry!

We'll be there for 7 days also, leaving Saturday morning. Hopefully the storm will not affect travel plans for either of us!

As far as the upgrade, if you really want it, it would be best to handle it ASAP. There might not be rooms avaliable if you wait. Seeing as you are willing to pay for the upgrade, I'm sure they will accommodate you if you do it before you arrive.

The only thing certain about an upgrade, is that you shouldn't assume you'll be able to get one! :lol:

I agree with BRER STITCH, get these requests done as soon as possible to make sure you have agood chance of getting them. Also when you check in, ask if you can be a flag family during your stay. If there is room, you and your entire family can accompany one of the staff to the roof of the WL early one morning and raise the U.S. and resort flags. Great view from up there, nice photo opp (could be a nice birthday morning surprise for you mom).

definately call/fax ahead of time. Because of the Fairy Tale Package the WL reservations are up 138% (according to the cm who checked us in in Aug). We were unable to get our requested room(we like to stay in 6030- a woods view) We were upgraded to a courtyard view (6158). Beautiful. We overlooked the WL villas and the quiet pool. To the left was the lake. If you really want to change to concierge do it now. ( it may be too late already).

The idea about the flag family I'd heard of before. One problem other than my mom the rest of them don't get up early!! Heard they do it at 7-7:30am. Going to suggest it to my husband and try to tell him he can go back to bed,(lol) like that's going to happen!!!
