Help with my annual passes!!

Hi new here! And had a quick Q..

Boyfriend and I spit up. And I and my kids was on a payment plan for our FL res annual passes

I'm more then sure he will not pay this anymore. Tried calling this in but they have to speak with him and him only!..

But me and my kids still want to go to the parks

We was all on his contract under his name. Can I get new FL res annual passes for me and my kids under my name? Otherwise starting my own contract?

I would ask Disney this question. I'm sure you can get new APs, but you probably will have to pay for them again unless your bf cooperates.

With a new contract, you can purchase new APs. Everything will be under your name for the Contract and you won't be transferring anything from the old AP Contract.

You can always check in the MDE account and see if the APs on the old Contract are still valid. If you can book FPs with the listed APs, they are still valid.
