HELP with Gateway Computer

I know this is random on a WDW board but I have tried every other avenue.

My computer is having severe problems (blue screen errors). I need the serial number and or SNID number in order to speak with tech support - the problem is that the sticker where the numbers are located has faded away and they are refusing to talk to me. Is there any other way I can get my computer serial number?

I have a Gateway NV54

Assuming you're looking for the Windows product key, go look for a download called ProduKey. Once installed, it will give you PIDs for your MS products like Windows, Office and IE.

Unless you wrote the numbers down in your owner's manual then you may SOL.
