I am soooo frustrated with Disney at the moment! My son has Toontown which he pays for himself out of his allowance. They did a system upgrade this week and now he can't get on. I have called and they send me to live chat. I have been on the computer ALL DAY with this. Everytime I chat to a diff person they give me a different reason and how to fix it. The last guy was trying to tell me it was my internet connection. I know that isn't it. I asked to talk to his supervisor as I wanted more help. I was told to wait and then told he wouldn't talk to me! I was not rude or belligerent at all. So I call
the call center again and they can't help me or give me a number to call for help! Really this is Disney for crying out loud. I spend thousands in your Park each year and I can't have a real person to talk to?????? Any ideas? I would like to know how I can get a hold of someone in management to contact.
