Help to book a night at a Tokyo Disney Resort Hotel

Hi everyone, does anyone know how to fill the last two blanks. Are they expecting us to fill those with a Japanese address ? I've been trying countless version of my address for hours and that's basically the only thing that prevents me from finalizing my booking

I’m not sure if they’re expecting a Japanese address specifically, but if they are, I would put the address of another hotel where you will stay for a while during your trip, with the format:

Postal code I’m sure you know
Address 1 is city, neighbourhood
Address 2 is block and number of house/ apartment in that block. In Japan your address is not with street names, it’s with blocks. This page explains it well: https://sive.rs/jadr

If you check the address of your hotel on Google maps it should already be in the right format
