HELP! Report on Disney Parks

Hey everybody, I've been a longtime viewer of the WDW Magic boards, and I know you guys are the go-tos for all the info I might need.

I'm doing a paper for my International Business class on the major differences between all the Disney parks and the obstacles Disney had to overcome when dealing with each culture and government. I'd like to focus on as much detail as I can, from public outcry shutting down the planned park in Virginia to protests keeping them from offering Shark Fin Soup in Hong Kong.

Of course, I can't just cite users from this site as reputable sources (though you undoubtedly are) and I can't seem to find any good websites on the material (Wikipedia does NOT count as a good source!) so if anyone had any recommendations as to books I might be able to procure or any solid websites I might be able to use, that would be fantastic.

If you do a search of each topic the original post usually has a link to the original news article that you can source. It may take a while but it is research.

There are also many books about each of the Disney parks. You should be able to find these at Amazon or your local library. Of course, the ones by Disney will only show how great the parks are and not the challenges encountered.

On the Disney.com website, you can click on coorporate information and there are news releases from the WDC. They are going to be a bit bias since they come directly from the company, but a good place to get started. Unfortunately, these only go back to 2001.

Some research through the Orlando Sentinal will provide some news on the opening protests at Animal Kingdom ect.
