I'm going to Universal Studios today, really considering it's after midnight but I tried purchasing tickets and I got the confirmation of purchase on the website but never got the confirmation e-mail that had my E-ticket print outs and yet my uncle and cousin did the online ticketing and he checked his email on a different internet and he got his confirmation e-mail with the E-tickets.
Customer Support phone opens at 8 a.m and that's when I wanted to leave to get there. I printed the confirmation page on the website saying the credit info and purchase info. What should I do? I'm freaking out here. PLEASE HELP
