Hey everyonee im just trying to figure out what to do first. Disney wants your to send a reservation form in order to get price quotes. Now they want a certain number of people, But i have no idea how many it could be. It could be 20 people of 200 people. Whats the best thing to do first?

Any Tips or Tricks?

Thankz!

If you are trying to get a group rate on rooms, you need to guarantee at least 10 rooms; usually the discount is similar to the AAA discount.

You could always work with a travel agent for assistance; choose one like Kingdom Konsultants that specialize in Disney.

When you are planning a large trip like this we usually grab the number of rooms you think you may need and do a group reservation. Joe is right, you need at least 10 rooms booked to qualify for this. We can also get discounted park passes at the group rate and instead of the dining plan we can get you dining cards that work along the lines of a charge card with a set limit of say $100 that you can use for food.

If you need more information and want to get things booked please feel free to contact me via e-mail.
