If anyone could help or provide me with some information on how to copy a DVD. I just got a new computer with a DVD copier on it and would like to copy my disney movies so that they don't get wrecked here at school(or stolen). Thanks so much in advance!!

Try download.com, they have some very good software for free. I have used a program called EasyDivX, but that was to copy DVD to CD-R. I'm planning to get a DVD writer very soon so let us know if you find any good software.

TECHNICALLY speaking...thats illegal....

Im going to lock this thread but not delete it just because I dont want to take the chance of Steve getting in any trouble for discussion on copying of copyrighted material....

..hoooooowever..to show that Im not being a total grinch in this, I'll give you a hint... www.google.com DVD copying is very popular now a days..I just did a quick search and found over 40 pages with programs and instructions on how to do so ;)

Just to clarify, i was not accusing ANYONE of having any illegal intents at all...just wanted to keep ourselves in the clear...
