we need all the info we can get on the best area to stay at por riverside our last two trips we stayed at the french Qtr. we dont have kids so the more adult areas are what we are looking for:sohappy: :sohappy: :goodnevil

I would go with the mansions. Only the Bayou rooms have the trundle beds, which are a must for families with 3 children.

I also think that parents consider the Bayou section to be more kid-friendly.

I agree, I stayed with my man (we don't have kids) at the mansions and the atmosphere is romantic and serene. Definately a good choice.
