Help on adding extra person to vacation package.

My parents had originally booked for themselves to go in June.. Now they have decided to take me along. They have purchased my airfare round trip.

The parts I'm concerned/wondering about are:
Adding me to their Magical Express for arrival and departure.
Adding me to their package with park tickets and dining plan.
If we can call Disney ahead of time to take care of it, or having to do it upon check-in.

No problem adding you to all of that. They'll have to pay for your tickets, DDP and a surcharge per night for an extra adult. DME they can just call and add your name to the reservation.

You have to let DME know in advance. I'm pretty sure because of the DDP you have to let Disney know in advance as well [I know you can't add DDP to a reservation on check-in]. Within 45 days of check-in, any additions have to be paid in full when you call.
