Help! New Hire Portal not working on my Mac (Safari browser)

Since the Disney Casting personnel department is closed for the weekend - thought I'd ask here: I have my Disney username and password to get to the "New Hire Portal", where I need to fill out the forms before going to the Onboarding session.

At first I tried opening the forms using Preview, but I could not enter data to fill in the blanks. Then I downloaded Acrobat Reader and now the forms are opening up as pure black. Can't see any pdf forms.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any tips. Doc, at the "other" board, refused to help me.

I'm a new Photopass Photographer

I believe the New Hire thing has issues with Safari on OS X. Have you tried using Chrome or Firefox for it?

Yeah, I had to use ie. It wouldn't work on my chrome. That site is temperamental lol

Thanks for the advice, lego606. Firefox ended up getting the job done. For Mac users, make sure you have the newest Adobe Acrobat pdf reader open. Preview doesn't seem to handle it. If FF doesn't work, try internet explorer.

No IE for Mac OS X. Firefox is the best alternative.

I was just hired as a PhotoPass Photographer too!! I also have a Mac and did the New Hire documents on Firefox, which ended up working fine! Were you hired for the water parks?
