When we got the tickets for our group of 10 a few months ago, we got excited and wrote names on the back of the tickets. What I didn't realize is that since I purchased them through my Disney Experience, they already had the names connected to the ticket numbers.

So, now when I do my fast passes here in a couple weeks, the ticket numbers will not match up with the names I wrote in permanent marker on the tickets will not match up with the ticket numbers that are already assigned. None of them do..im just that unlucky lol.

Is there a easy way to reassign the names on the ticket number listed online so they match what I have written on the actual tickets here at home???

Are you staying on site? If so, you'll all receive Magic Bands, and you'll end up using those instead of the tickets you ordered.

Otherwise, I'm not sure if you can re-assign ticket cars in MDE. I've never ordered standalone tickets through MDE - just linked tickets we bought from Disney (outside the MDE page).

Are you talking about the plastic ''credit card-like'' tickets? If so try this: scribble over the permanent ink writing with a dry erase marker. While it is still wet, wipe it off with a paper towel. Both the permanent and dry erase marker should wipe off clean. If not, try again and use a little Windex to help it wipe off.

Make sure to test it first by erasing a small spot. Do not try this on paper! I'd hate to think you might ruin a ticket.

CALL and explain what happened. We have APs and the system assigned the wrong voucher number to my husband and daughter (I input nothing). The CM was very helpful and reassigned the numbers correctly. So try calling before you physically attempt to "fix" your tickets.

Try going into the MDE website and see if you can re-assign the tickets. At one point during planning last year I recall seeing an option to re-assign a ticket. (I didn't have to use the function, so I don't have any experience in using it.) Presumably this is only for before the tickets are used for their first time, and perhaps only a one-time name change, but it's worth a try.
