So we are going to be at Seaworld all day on the 30th of May..
How would you plan the day??? We want to see all the shows except for the non-animal ones...
Any help would be appreciated...
Ok looking at the schedule these are the show times I would plan on doing. (dont forget you want to take into account crowds)
Clyde and Seamore @ 11:15 (this is 1st show but with shamu at 11 this show shouldnt be too busy)
Shamu @ 2:30 for one ocean and 9:15 for shamu rocks (1st shamu rocks will fill up fast ) (at least 30-45min early)
Pets Ahoy (need to get there at least 15 to 30 min early to any show time
Whale and Dolphin (1st show usually full - hard to say which show false killer whale will be in ... when they run a lot of shows its hit or miss)
You can feed the dolphins. They do dolphin feedings every half hour / hour ... i think a tray of fish is 8 or 10 dollars. It is a great experience!
Make sure to do different exhibits : (you do at your own pace)
Stingray lagoon (touch /feed stingrays)
Manta Aquarium
Penguin Exhibit
Sharks
Wild artic (can walk or ride)
Manatees exhibit
Honestly look at it from a relaxed setting and not a rushed setting. You can do everything if you are there all day.
Hope that Helps
Thanks Space!!! This is what I was looking for!
Feedback on this show schedule please:
Pet’s Ahoy 10:45
Clyde and Seamore 12:45
Lunch Break (either before noon, or after 1:30)
Blue Horizons 3:00
One Ocean 4:00
Shamu Rocks 8:00
Reflections 9:50
Comments, suggestions???
Lunch before 12 or after 130 is good. With there being a shamu at 11 it throws lunch off to be steady so you can always plan how u feel. Also dont forget uhave the all day dining so you can go get a drink or a snack you dont need to get a meal each time. Just depends on how hungry you are. It is great cuz you get bottles of water too.
If you do 1st shamu rocks MAKE sure to be there 45min before. It will fill. It is the only time until summer it is being shown. We didnt even show for spring break. So guest have been asking like crazy for it. THey play music before the show and put ppl up on the screen before so time goes by preety fast.
The only problem i see with the schedule is the whale and dolphin show at 3 and shamu at 4. The two are on the complete opposite sides of the park. THey are the two stadiums the farthest away. Also dolphin show is 30 min long so take that into consideration as well. So you might have to run from dolphin to shamu.
Reflections is a firework / water show. You can sit in the stadium (but it does fill up early) or you can find a location around the lake. It is up to you.
Other than that it looks good. Just keep it mind its not Disney and you can always change around your schedule. They offer a lot of showings that day because of the crowds. Also too dont forget local schools are off that day and colleges are closed so there may be even more ppl than expected. Our attendance has been going up. We had a great spring break
Hope that helps
