HELP: Lost the ability to log in under my original user name

I am registered as johnvree . About a week ago, I revised my user cp. One of the changes was my new email. I changed johnvree@earthlink.net to johnvree391@earthlink.net.

After I made the change, the site would not let me log on. I have been unable to log on since then. I created a Ticket and have emailed it several times, but have not received anything back. Last time I checked, my Ticket was unassigned.

I created this new account (johnvree97) just so I could post this help message. I would really like to go back to my old user name with all of my history.

Am I doing something wrong? Should I not have created a ticket? Please let me know. Thanks.

I'm no expert, but I think it is because you have changed your email address that you can't use your old details. I've just changed computers but kept the original email address - WDW allows me to use my old details with the history.

I also changed my email address & lost access to MAGIC. I emailed Steve & he authorized the change. I was back on within a few seconds. :wave:

OK, here's a dumb question: Where did you get his email? I tried findig a direct email and could not find anything except the area where you create a Ticket.
