Help identifying artwork?

Can someone please help me identify the name and artist of the piece on the top of that page? I think it's John Hench but I want to make sure. Thanks!

Yes, it's John Hench. You can find a copy of this illustration on pgs. 6-7 of his book Designing Disney. The title is "Interior, Carousel of Progress 'Contemporary Home' concept."
