FYI, the lake between the Contemporary and the Wilderness Lodge is Bay Lake, and is separated from the Seven Seas Lagoon by a water bridge.

Actually, you're not quite right on the Sassagoula. Only POR, POFQ and OKW sit on the Sassagoula. The lake at Downtown Disney is Village Lake, which connects via waterway to Lake Buena Vista behind the Hotel Plaza Blvd resorts.

Also to add to the list:
-Barefoot Bay at Caribbean Beach Resort
-Lago Dorado at Coronado Springs
-Hourglass Lake at Pop Century
-World Showcase Lagoon inside Epcot

I think that's all of the public-area lakes, other than assorted un-named canals, etc within Fort Wilderness.
