Help, food and wine last day?

Hello, and thank you in advance for the help! This will be our 3rd trip. The first two have been during the first week in November (loved the food and wine stops). Thursday to Thursday starting the first week in November works well for our schedule. We didn’t expect to love the trip our first time as much as we did, but now it is a yearly tradition. This year we are booked from 11/8-11/15. Our first trip we were told by our travel agent that we had to hit food and wine (loved it), but to go on our Monday so the crowds were lower. This year our Monday falls on the last day of the event. Will it be the same? Do they do anything special for the last day?... I have our plan laid out, and our Epcot day works well on our Monday right now, but I don’t want to miss out? Do I need to change our plans? Thanks for the advice

Saturday and Sunday are the days that are PACKED. You should be fine any other day.

That’s the very last day though so that Monday tends to be more busy than the usual Monday. But yes usually less than the last Sat and Sunday.

The last Monday will be Veterans Day. It actually falls on Sunday the 11th but observed on Monday the 12th. That whole weekend will be nuts.
