Just been back from a trip for 2 weeks now. MAN IT SUCKS TO BE BACK!!!
And while at DTD - World Of Disney - I purchased a keychain that is very common, least I think it is. Seen it tons of times while on vacation.
It's the ice cube looking glass, small, with the 3D Mickey character laser etched inside it. The cube is clear and it's only 1.5" X 1" maybe and the chain is silver with a small ring on it. I've seen them tons of times over the years of travel to WDW.
Anyway I used to collect the larger figures in this type of glass with a 3D character etched inside it at the shop Arabis <sp> Bros @ DTD...but a few years ago they limited their selection of characters in the glass. SO to present day, I thought of getting of these keychains and making my own type of shrine of these. I removed the chain and hook mount of the chain form the glass completely and the glass is perfect. Now it sits on a cheapie little pedestal that has the LED’s inside to light it. I’ve received tons of comments at work as this little jem just sits on my desk as many admire it.
Well long of it is I'd like to get 2 more of these keychains and modify them like the Mickey I just did. The Cinderella's Castle and maybe a Tinkerbelle. I've seen these also while @ DTD.
Any help in finding where I can call or whom to get these would greatly be appreciated.
