Here is my dining itenerary for our first day we are spending at Magic Kingdom.

Breakfast - At our resort
Lunch - Columbia Harbour House
Dinner- A Buffet With Character at The Crystal Palace

All was fine until somebody strongly reccomended Tony's Town Square to me the other day. I cannot place it anywhere on the second day for I do not want to give up my dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern (which will be themed for Halloween) or my breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table. So, the question is: Should I change my first day at MK to this

Breakfast - A Buffet With Character at The Crystal Palace
Lunch - Columbia Harbour House
Dinner- Tony's Town Square Restaurant

I would appreciate some help. Thanks:king:

To be honest, three Table Service meals in one day is a lot of food!

If you're going to do that, eat breakfast as early as you possibly can and dinner as late as you can.

It's not three table service meals - CHH is a sit down place with a YUMMY tuna sammich that I have tried without success to replicate at home. Must be all of the pixie dust in the bread!!

DH and I really like Tony's a lot, which is saying something considering I've heard people say that it serves food fit only for the stars of the movie on which it is based...

Buuut - I would stick with the Crystal Palace for dinner. More choice (and less hit-or-miss than Tony's), and a more unique and fun atmosphere. The food is really quite good too, and someone will definitely find something that they like... Instead of getting something at Tony's and then being stuck with your choice if you don't like it. Better value too!

(However, if money is no object and you're all biiiig eaters, then by all means - go with your "new" plan! A good tip would be to make your ressie for the CP for some time around 8:00, i.e. before the park opens for regular guests. And then, try to time your dinner at Tony's with Spectromagic. But be warned - it can be frustrating to have your perfect view blocked by eedjits and their videocameras who think that they can just stand along the railing without eating at the restaurant!! CMs do move them eventually, but it does kind of take away from the pleasure of watching the parade!!)

We are spacing our dinners out, but we are going around Halloween so SpectroMagic won't be running. If I change I'm thinking I'll do an 8:00 breakfast, a 1-2:00 lunch (we'll split food), and a 6:00-7:00 dinner at Tony's, but I'll probably skip Tony's and keep with the original plan, but we are big eaters and this is a spare-no-expense trip. We aren't picky either. :king:

I was not happy with the food or service when I went to Tony's last October for dinner. I definitely think the food at CP is much better.
