For some years, I've been curious about the RCID and its little roadside attraction of a couple parks and hotels. I didn't know this forum existed until yesterday. I love the video of the new I-4 ramp into the Orange garage at the Springs. Woohoo! Looking forward to chatting here!

French Quarter: We recently stayed in Riverside, only because the trundle bed worked well for our younger daughter. But I had to take the family over for beignets...yum! The kids loved the floats, and we all enjoyed the walk over through the Rues.

Yes...we have stayed at POR for the same reason. We are too large for POFQ. But it is nice and close.
