Having trouble making ADRs through MyDisneyExperience

When I attempt to make an ADR either through the app or the website, it gives me a message stating 'Sorry, there was a problem loading the requested information. Please try again.' via the app or a generic server is busy message on the website.

You might need to call Disney internet specialists. I spent over an hour on the phone with them tonight to clear up some problems with my info.
