having problems with my disney experience

When I try to sign into my disney experience it says my user name and password are wrong. I'm using the correct user name and password. When I call the phone number the site gives it doesn't work. Is any one else having a problem?

I can access through the mobile app with no problem

I was able to sign on the app and the website. Check to make sure you don't have caps lock on or if you have numbers and you use the number pad make sure num pad is on.

Finally got ahold of tech support and they reset something and now I can log in.
