Having Photo Upload Problems...

Well, For a while now, I've been paying the $5 a month premium Member payment, yet I am still limited to only 1 MB of photo space......
Is ther a reason for this???
I have a TON of photos from my recent trip that I would love to post, but it won't let me...
Any help would be appreciated...
