Have you ever wrote to share theme park ideas?

Have any of you ever wrote to any kind of company sharig ideas for theme parks?

In September 2005, I wrote to the British Broadcasting Corporation (or the BBC for short) and shared them an idea for a theme park. The reply I got back was:

I was very interested to read this inspired you came up with for the BBC to createda CBBC World Resort, with rides based on programs like Tracey Beaker, shops and entertainment in CBBC Downtown and 3 Resort hotels.

I appreciate you would like to maintain control over the project and I have made a careful note of your proposed plans which I have made available to BBC Bosses.

Thank you again for your interest in CBBC and I hope your idea is a great success.

I wrote again to them in March 2006, and I got replied back to again:

Thank you for your recent letter which we recieved here at BBC Information on 20th February. I would like to apologise for the delay in replying. We know our correspondents apprecoate a quick response, and it is a matter of regret to us that you have had to wait for so long on this occasion.

I was interested to read you are still thinking over your idea for a CBBC World Resort, which you have had since visiting Disneyland.

I am sure you that you will understand that each year the BBC recieves tens of thousands of ideas, many of which are similar, and we can only use a small amount.

Nontheless, I have another note of your idea and that you would be willing to meet BBC bosses at your house one weekend to discuss it.

Thank you again for your interest in the BBC and for taking the trouble to write.

I wrote to them again in May 2006, and got another reply back:

Thank you for your of 2nd May adressed to BBC senior management which was passed to me for reply on 11th May.

I was pleased to learn of your continued interest in a developing a CBBC themed fun park and your intention to pitch your idea to the relevant BBC staff in your home.

Please be assured I have recorded your suggestion for inclusion in the daily BBC feedback log and should a member of BBC staff be interesred in taking up your offer they will be in touch with you directly. I should say that I would not like to suggest this is likely to possible but I would like to thank you for the trouble of organising this event and hope that you will be not too disappointed if there is no BBC follow up on your ideas.
