OK...Day 3 started at AK. Enjoyed getting soaked on Kali River Rapids, even though I had my rain poncho on, I knew I was in trouble when I could feel water going down my back. Jammin Jungle parade was great to see. After eating a foot long hot dog, I decided I'd better not do Expedition Everest (it also gives me an excuse to go back). We finally made our way to POR (our next resort we will be staying at). We just couldnt wait to have the Jambalaya with the cornbread. OMG! I need both of those recipes! They were excellent together. And they gave you SO much Jambalaya, yes, I took my leftovers and had a good breakfast the next day. 
Was even good cold. OK, back to dinner. So after we went on our Horse Carriage ride. It was really a nice night for it. I thought it was going to be too dark at first but it was perfect. We then made our way back to POP for a needed nights rest. Day 4 was at MGM starting with the Great Movie Ride then ending with me getting sick on Star Tours. But LOVED Lights Motor Action! It was great. I was mad a myself for not bringing my camcorder on this trip for that reason alone. As well as the High School Musical performance was great too see. The Chicken Curry at ABC Commissary was spicy. But what would I expect. I ate a lot of rice dishes on this trip. So onto DTD after this to Rainforest Cafe' for some more rice...I had the Seafood Paella! Very seafood! Mussels, clams and little look like octopuses. And of course shrimp and scallops. I usually can enjoy it with the last two and chicken and andouille sausage. But this was good. We then completed our night with what else...shopping. It was upsetting to have to go back to pack, even though it was about 11 pm. Anyway, we are not early risers so it may seem we didnt do too much but that is because we have been there 5 times in the past 3 years. So we are at a point where we take our time and just do our favs with a few new things. Can't wait to go back again. I resorted back to the old camera that takes film, so I have 4 rolls to develop. If I can download the pix on here I will be glad too. Thanks for reading my reports!
