I read online that the Hatbox Ghost was going to be put in after the Haunted Mansion Holiday. Obviously it's to be taken with a grain of salt since it's someone online with no proof but it does make sense. They are in their moving stuff around anyway to remove the holiday decorations and as D23 showed us they have the animatronic so it would be super easy for them to slip him in there. If this is true I wonder if they will also put him in WDW at the same time.
