Has the rules about collecting Sorcerer's of the Magic Kingdom cards changed?

As of October 1, 2013, when a pack of cards is received, the Sorcerer must open a portal before another pack of cards is received.

Is this true? I haven't read it anywhere else so was just wondering if this was now the case.

Yes it is the case. I ran into this in December. If the CM is nice enough they can set you to a nearby area so you don't have to go far.

Think about it. If you get a pack of cards daily, you don't really need to actually play the game. Just show up at the Firehouse each day, get your cards and go do something else.

Yes each person gets a pack. I had my wife and my brother in-law on my game and we all got packs.
