Has anyone visited the real Main Street USA?

Main Street USA is one of my favorite and most underrated parts of WDW. It makes me sad when people just rush through. That being said, I am considering a trip to Marceline, Missouri next time I am up visiting family in St. Louis and just wondering if it is worth the drive. Anybody been there and have an opinion?

Thats great stuff. I went to college in Denver & visited Ft. Collins quite a few times & not once did I ever think "Hmm, this reminds me of someplace . . ." ha ha ha

WishingOnAStar, I'll bet you find this article interesting. The author traveled to Marceline just to find out how much of Walt's past can be found there today.

There is a whole lot of nothing, but it might be nice to be able to say that you visited...especially if it's not too far out of the way for you.
