Has anyone done the Trainer for a Day program?

It sounds very interesting and I was wondering if anyone here has done it? Being an Orca trainer is my dream job and this trainer for a day program sounds great. If anyone here has done it, was it worth the expense?

It's $389 per person now including tax at Sea World.
