Has anybody ever done this?

You can get a holiday call at your house from Mickey or a special greeting from a princess. It seems kind of wierd the way they do it. but for $2.50, it also seems like it would be fun.

Glad you like it. I think I am going to do it to, but for my 30 year old wife. We leave for Disney Jan 2, and it would cool on the way to the airport.

Its nice to hear that they have added Mickey to the call options. I actually started a thread about the Princess calls a while back. Several people at that time commented that it was a shame that there were no characters that were aimed at little boys.

The calls work quite nicely. They do call exactly at the time you set up in advance, so make sure that your line is free ! You have 40 seconds to accept the call. We had Aurora call the day we left for our trip. She told our little one that she had heard that she was leaving on a special trip today, and then talked for another minute or so. It was such a special way to start that REALLY long drive !

Do you actually talk to them or is it just a message/recording? And how long does it usually last?

If you listen to the sample call............is that exactly what will be said during the call and is that the entire call? Does it just hang up after that point? Pretty short call but neat!
