Representatives for DISNEY and its subsidiary MIRAMAX expected to meet this week to discuss agreement that would allow MIRAMAX co-founder, , to start his own production company, while his brother Bob remains at DISNEY to make movies...

Is Eisner just trying to kill off enough to set up for take over?
