Just a quick question, is there a boat (water taxi) that takes you from Hard Rock Hotel over to US? I know there is a walk way.

There is. Too be honest I would not bother using it as it less than a 5 minute walk from the Swimming pool entrance/exit to City Walk and the parks.

There is a Water Taxi, but as the others said it is far more efficient to make the 5 minute walk to the parks. Once entering the pool area, it literally is a 5 minute walk until you're directly next the Studios arches - add another 5 minutes to cross the lagoon to get over to Islands.
