Opinions?
It's an extra $100 per night. We did CL at RP and didn't think it was worth it. Is HRH any better?

I too have stayed club level at a Hyatt Regency and the difference is astounding- Disney and Universal club levels are a joke. If it's $50/day upgrade, it's worth it for bottled water and thats about it.I've stayed in many a Hyatt Regency and Marriott club levels and what you described Danpam sounds bad. For breakfast I've run into club levels that had a waffle station, egg station etc. You could very easily just eat that for breakfast and I have on many occasions, never had a huge crowd but that's directly related to the amount of rooms to the size of the lounge. Lunch is served on most club levels and usually sandwiches, soup etc. Cordial's and a wide variety of bakery goods(not sure what you would call them) are served at night for several hours. It wouldn't just be cookies and milk. Chocolate strawberries, finger cakes etc. I don't know my deserts that well I just eat what looks good. Concierge available most of the day and evening to find or get what ever is locally going on. I had a concierge pick me up two tickets to a sold out Avalanche game 6 hours before the game when I was in Denver. Felt like seeing a game. From the sounds of it I would probably pick apart the club level at the HR. It's like the Disney hotels, people don't have an idea of what they should be getting for their money and they just think it's the greatest. I understand why the hotels do what they do and they aren't bad, I'm talking places like WL or the Poly but they aren't up to the level of other hotels in that range.
Here's a good quote from a Hyatt Regency I stayed at a few times.
"The Les Clefs d'Or staff at the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort and Casino will accommodate every guest request so long as it is morally, legally and humanly possible. Their services run the gamut from the mundane to the extraordinary, yet each request is fulfilled with vigor to the guest's full satisfaction."
That's the attitude I like to hear. If you're ever in Aruba check out the Hyatt they're very nice for a big hotel. As opposed to boutique hotels but that is a whole other matter.
