Just another one of our happy American holidays! If I could I duck out and go to EPCOT to enjoy TT, Soarin, have a slushie or2 and watch Illuminations! What at Disney would you do if you could duck out and go for a few hours?

And hopefully it's also No Lines at EPCOT Day because that's where I'd be headed for lunch, a few margaritas and a few rides. I'm feeling Mexico today for lunch so my drinks are close and plentiful!

Epcot sounds really good right about now, Spaceship Earth, Test Track, Soarin and then over to the Biergarten for a late lunch. Maybe browse the world showcase and grab some liquid refreshment from the Rose & Crown. Unfortunately I have a dentist appointment this after.

Exactly!!! And you'd think I learned my lesson eating Beignets while wearing black... nope I musta forgot to include funnel cakes!! Yet..... I STILL wear black... what a dork I am LOL

I have a meeting from 4:30 to 6. Obviously my boss did not get the memo this holiday exists.

I would start off with some cucumber margaritas at La Cava, take a ride on Maelstrom, then head over to the Rose & Crown for some pints.
